Mystic Celebrations was great for s surprise birthday for my wife. I reached out last minute and she was able to helped me with different ideas for the event. She arrived early and helped me set up the venue. Great experience and highly recommend

Mystics Celebration was so helpful in helping me on my sister’s last minute wedding! Honestly did not think I’d find anyone in time for a weeks notice and she did it! It was my first time working with her, she was so responsive, on time and her work was beautiful!!

They were too slow. They were not cleaning the tables as just guest were done with their apps. They did not pick up most thing after dinner was done. One of my guests said that she did not eat cake because they saw the girl who was cutting the cake pick the cake with my hand without gloves and putting in on plates. At the end of the night, they did even clean up before leaving and I just wanted them to not even do it honestly. I wish I didn't even hire anyone because it was more work babysitting them.

Hello, I wanted to reply to some of the issues you brought up. Please note you had around 150 guests and requested two servers. Two servers with 150 guess is doable however, when things like food service is going on other things may be delayed. As far as cleaning up the event, the team was fully ready to work the event start to finish. You had stopped the team after five hours because you didn’t wanna pay the hourly rate past five hours which would’ve included clean up. As far as touching food without gloves, this is fully safe due to the serve safe organization as long as hands are clean and freshly washed. I hope this helps with understanding some of your issues
