I contacted Jimmy in a rush to do some touch-up painting and plumbing repair. I was out of town and so I trusted him to come into the condo to do the repairs. He was trustworthy and communicative every single step of the way. He always discussed the price first and never had any surprises. Because I could not be there, I had to rely on him to judge the finished quality and he was his own critic, deciding to come back another day to improve the touch-up painting to make sure that it matched the color of the walls. He also communicated with me up over text with every step of the way to buy a new shower assembly and he discussed how he would need to install it. He figured out what he needed to do there which was more involved than I thought. But he offered me a fair and reasonable price before beginning to work. He also finished the work with high quality on time. He sent photos of the finished work and also did a video conference with me to show me the finished work. He was very easy to communicate and to work with. Very respectful and trustworthy. I plan to go with him again as my handyman in future projects.

Jimmy is very professional, easy to work with, and honest. He properly screened and capped roof openings that critters and would get into. I would definitely hire him again!

Jimmy from Gskill was very polite and professional. He had a 2 part project: looking for a leak, and we didn’t find one, ultimately replacing my shower/tub faucet. I told him the water temperature was not steady.He showed me that my older faucet didn’t have a temperature regulator and gave me 2 options, a cheaper fix or a new faucet. He was willing to do either. I decided to get a new faucet. Due to a unique water set up at my condo, we had to schedule a time for him to come back that worked for the condo management plumber to be on site as well. He came back 2 days later, installed the faucet, a last minute shut off valve for the tub, and did the drywall work! He stayed until everything was completed.
