They were an hour and a half late, so I had to leave while they were there. They did do a good job cleaning and the house was dirty, but it was a move-out cleaning and I told them the day before that we didn't have everything out yet. They still took some of our things and left them outside the front door in a townhouse community. HOA's and neighbors don't love that. I would have appreciated a bit more communication. For the price I paid and what I got, I would have chosen someone else.

I booked this company for a 10:00 cleaning. The team was supposed to arrive this morning. I've called this company 10 times and messaged them on the thumbtack application to no avail. I'm having an event tonight and am very disappointed in this company's inability to keep their booking commitment.
