I had a very positive experience working with Martin and Andes Contracting for the first time to build a deck and redo the concrete in my backyard and parking pad. Martin was always very responsive and answered all my questions patiently. The job was finished within the time parameters agreed on and generally on budget -- some additional fees were explained to me in a reasonable way. The new deck looks fantastic; I've gotten a lot of compliments from neighbors and friends on it. I will definitely use Andes Contracting again when I have another home renovation project.

Martin was great to work with. Status updates and photos of progress were recorded through out. The team fixed a leak in my roof, repaired the ceiling where we found the water leaking from roof, and fixed an unrelated bathroom vanity that had fallen. I will recommend to friends!
