We were in dire need of an AC system after dealing with a nightmare of a home warranty company and sitting in the heat for three weeks. When we started shopping around for a replacement, we were so grateful to find Tamer and his team. Tamer came out the same day for a quote and was incredibly professional and kind. We told him about our struggles and he worked with his team to ensure that we could have the AC replaced very quickly. When we had some hiccups with some stormy weather, Tamer made sure that our family didn’t sit in another few days of heat and came out himself to apply a temporary solution to our AC to give us some relief until the team could come out again to finish the installation. We live in a high-rise building in DC that requires a lot of stairs and complicated paths to get to the AC units on the roof. We know that this was not an easy project. TMA HVAC sent out an amazing team that handled the job professionally and efficiently and even worked with us on the price to get a new furnace. When we said we wanted to keep our old humidifier attached to the furnace, they were willing to get creative.
