In the midst of our current social climate which praises bullies, endorses rudeness, and ignores construction scams, I was pleasingly surprised by the professionalism and the initial courteous conversation with Mr. Erison Ferguson of FRES Construction. In addition to presenting himself as humble, respectful, and transparent, Mr. Ferguson was very professional, polite, personable, pleasant, precise, and proficient! The team of gentlemen who worked with Mr. Ferguson to complete the renovations in our home, demonstrated the same virtues. Each one took pride in the quality of his work. For example, the preparatory foundational work was done carefully and methodically. The bathroom tiles which could have been slapped together, were measured precisely and then symmetrically aligned and placed. Each day the gentlemen tidied and cleaned the work space. I am very appreciative of the exemplary renovations, and the human kindness extended to us. Dr. P.

Erison and his crew were a delight to work with on our primary bath renovation; the results turned out just fantastic! Highly recommend! More details: Erison and his crew were very professional and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. I had very specific design requests, and Erison made them all happen! They were also accommodating of our work schedule, and still finished the entire project in a timely manner. The quality of work and value is superb! Just some of the work we had done ✔️ Removed a large tub to build out larger, custom shower with a large custom niche ✔️ Tiled main floor, shower floor, shower walls, and shower niche ✔️ Added an additional electric outlet ✔️ Installed new water piping for three piece shower system and a new toilet ✔️ Installed a new vanity, faucets, mirrors, and light fixtures (including moving the lights to new/better locations) ✔️ built a custom recessed wall niche next to vanity, with custom cut wood shelving

Erisons attention to detail is superb, his communication about his timing was excellent, and he fixed the issue with my heat in 15 minutes. I will not use anyone else for my heat or HVAC systems
