- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fee is $80 per hour. I am available from 6am - 9 :30am & 6pm - 10pm Tuesday through Friday, as well as any time on weekends. I will work as quickly and efficiently as the project will allow. However, I will never sacrifice a job well-done or my high expectations to cut the time. Every task, no matter how big or small, I treat as if is my own home.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will confer with all my customers on what exactly they need to be done and what can be expected. My customer's satisfaction is my number one priority. I welcome all feedback, comments, and questions before, during, and after the requested tasks.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My professional background is in client services. As a homeowner, I have done countless household tasks, numerous furniture assembly, hanging shelves, etc. over 25 years. No job or task is too small, too large, or too unimportant.
