I had a great experience hiring KLN Construction. They installed a 14’x30’ Stamped Concrete Driveway and it turned out great. They were very professional and communicated the whole process. I will be reaching back out to them for more future home projects.

Had a 14’x20’ deck with some soft spots and holes that needed resurfacing. Had 5 estimates with 5 different companies. Joel was very professional, knowledgeable and asked questions others did not. Gave a fair estimate and quick start date. The team was on-site an hour prior to stated start time… They removed the old deck materials on day one. Joel then travelled 35 miles to get specific 20’ pre-treated boards from the only location in the area that had them in stock. In day two, they expertly laid the deck the way we asked. The team even made special install for outdoor water spigot which turned out better than it used to be. Joel’ communication & professionalism were outmatched. It gave us the confidence that we got a team that knew what they were doing and more importantly, definitely got the value for cost. I would recommend Joel & KLN Construction to anyone. You won’t go wrong. We even told Joel we’d be calling for other projects in the future.

Joel and his team were absolutely fantastic -- highly recommend for your project! We had him resurface our deck, as well as creating an enclosed space under the deck and a shade curtain on the side. The enclosed space and shade curtain required creating the structures from scratch with no specific plans--their carpenters did a great job. In addition, Joel was very responsive, they were able to start immediately, completed the work quickly, and were very easy to communicate with. I especially appreciated that Joel took extra time to listen to our desires to ensure the result was what we had in mind, and did not do what I've seen from other contractors in that they push to build what is easiest for them or what they are familiar with. Joel took the time to listen, and the result was exactly what we wanted. Highly recommend -- great value!
