Kelvin Appliances and HVAC Service repair was absolutely fantastic, I can’t recommend them enough. Although it would only allow me to select three of the above choices the company was also responsive and professional.
My outdoor condenser unit/ air conditioning unit stopped working and Kelvin Appliances was one of three companies I had called.
The first one indicated my machine was too old to repair, so I had to replace it (est. $7,000). The second one indicated it could be repaired and ordered the parts (fan /motor), but then indicated it couldn’t be repaired because the fan / motor were fused and couldn’t be separated.
Kelvin Appliances was able to separate the fan/ motor in his shop so he could replace the parts and repair my unit. Kelvin Appliance service call fee was only $40 which he applied to the bill. Although I had to pay a service call fee for the other two companies ($60 and $75), it was definitely worth it ($875 + the other two service fees versus replacing unit at $7,000).

What can I say? Our lifesavers. Javid our technician and Kelvin HVAC Services came through and saved the day or I should say, weak after being abandoned by previous pro Who left the high and dry knowing the rarity of the product that we needed to fix even if the temporary fix our issue with our AC unit during this horrendous heat wave w/ in the house. Their responsiveness was almost immediately. After explaining our situation. We were scheduled to be serviced the following morning, which at that point we were just happy to find someone who had the Freon we needed for an old unit. Then only a few minutes later, receiving a message from our technician or professional understanding the concern of parent and the suffering of this house in this heat without a functioning unit and decided that they would come and help us immediately within the hour. I would recommend HVAC Services to anybody Without hesitation. Thank you so much for all your help and we will be reaching out to you again for sure since we know we need to look into upgrading our system couldn’t put a price on what you did for our family if I could give you 10 stars I would.

Called immediately as soon as I put the request in, and scheduled an appointment on the on the same day, even though it was a weekend, showed up on time and fixed the issue. It hardly took him any time to do that. I would reach out to him again if I have any HVAC issues in the future.

My wife and I came home to our house being 88 degrees and our air conditioner not working in early August. I reached out to Kelvin at 6pm on a Friday night and relayed we had a 14 month old baby at home and really needed to fix the AC as soon as possible. He responded in a few minutes and told us he would be there within the hour.
I haven’t had many experiences where someone offered to drop everything they were doing after hours on a Friday night to help us out. Kelvin told us he had 3 kids under 7 and understood we were in a jam. He fixed our AC unit in less than 30 minutes and we had a cool house for the baby a few hours later. He was responsive, knowledgeable, and more importantly a genuinely kind person. Would highly recommend his services to anyone looking for HVAC service.
