- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a fixed hourly rate for our services, but we can work with the customer to create a customized bundle pricing for more demanding and time consuming projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer complimentary 30-minute client discovery phone or video call to understand client needs and determine if we would be a good fit for each other.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a member of National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals (NAPO) and continue to advance my education through NAPO university courses. I am also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
