Kyle was helpful on helping me push pass my plateau in lifting. I felt like I was at a standstill with my strength training, not improving in weights as quick as I would have liked. He helped showed me new exercises to focus on smaller supporting muscles that helped with my compound lifts. He was quite extensive with his supplements knowledge, explaining the benefits of them to the body in an easy to understand manner. Honestly, having him there helped give me a more motivated mindset to lock-in when I have those off days at the gym. Highly recommend.
