I don’t even know where to begin!! This job was far too big for me take on solo so I hired out and I am so glad I did. Miguel and his team are FABULOUS. Not only did they rip out all the old flooring, carpet, and baseboards AND install the new flooring and baseboards but they did it in 3 days and were super meticulous with their work. Miguel and his team were very kind to answer any questions I had and were able to start the install asap since my household goods were being delivered a few days later. I can’t recommend these guys enough and hope to work with them again in the future.

Miguel and his team were absolutely fantastic. I got quotes from several flooring companies, and Smartfloors came out ahead on overall price, responsiveness, quick availability/no wait time for installation, and product catalog options. I spent probably a dozen hours doing research and diligence to find the best mix of price and quality, so hopefully this review will save you the time. We redid our whole basement, pulling up old Tile and replacing it with LVP. They did all the work quickly and to a high quality. It’s also incredibly clear how important customer satisfaction and reputation is to Miguel – even when we had a small issue pop up, Miguel immediately communicated it to me, and proactively suggested how to make it right and his solution was very customer-first and appreciated. They were super easy to work with. We plan to redo our upstairs floors later this year and will be calling Smartfloors back for it no hesitation!

Huge thank you to Miguel and his team for being so efficient, complete, and thoughtful about a smaller project. Not only did they provide the flooring for our bathroom remodel which we love, they also completed our entire project with carpet and flooring install in 2 days, and it looks incredible. When we re-do the flooring in the basement we will be giving you a call!
