- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are no extra hidden fees. The hour is rounded off to the nearest quarter hour for final billing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do not believe in having a "one size fits all" approach when dealing with our customers. We tailor services to best suit their needs The first step to hiring us is to schedule on our website, which is found at the top of our profile - we accept hires via Thumbtack but to confirm the date and time please go to our website. We require a $100 deposit which is then applied to your final bill. After that we'll send you a text message to confirm your move. The deposit is refundable if the move is cancelled within 48 hours.

All our associates are certified by CODE. They have done extensive training in superior service delivery .
