- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We hate surprise fees, so we don’t hide anything when you hire us. We tell you upfront and if something changes we make sure we notify you before we start the job. That way there’s no rate change that surprises you when the job is finished.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to introduce ourselves and have you go over everything you need removed that way we don’t miss anything.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been working in Junk removal and demolition for the past 7 years, I recently decided I wanted to create a junk removal service that is fast, efficient, and affordable for everyone.
