Agustin runs a great company. He is very personable, professional and explains everystep of the stucco repair process. Pricing seemed fair, but truth be known his reviews were so good I did not bother with a second quote. I added a couple items after he started, he easily worked it in and fairly adjusted the price.

Augustin was able to repair a previous poor stucco job while other contractors were not certain they could do it. He also provided by far the best value, and did the job very quickly with excellent communication. Overall great experience. I will use Olympia for all future stucco needs

We would give 10 stars if we could. Augustin and his team did a spectacular job of repairing a section of a stucco wall around our deck that had serious water damage. It's difficult to find a contractor that will do just a repair. But Augustin replied within hours of our posting on Thumbtack. He came out the next day to evaluate the problem. He gave us a bid that same day. Then he worked us in between bigger projects, and finished our repair today, three days after our initial contact, and two of those days were the weekend! Augustin matched our blue stucco perfectly (amazing). No extra project to repaint the wall! Not only that, Agustin identified a problem with our gutter, which was the source of the water problem in the first place. He purchases new gutter pieces, and repaired the cutter drain! He wasn't going to charge us for that, but we insisted on paying something. That repair saved us from having to go through this again. We are so grateful to Agustin. We wish we could employ him for every household project that comes up!

Absolutely amazing!!! I had some stucco work done a few years ago and it was a disaster. I was so scared to go through that again. But Augustin with Olympia stucco was incredible. Kind, helpful, so fast to respond, excellent price… I truly can’t say enough positive things about them. The work is done and it looks fabulous. I’m so so pleased and will definitely use them for any stucco needs in the future.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A free estimates takes into consideration the scope of project and its location and calculates cost and transportation and materials.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I use an honest and easy flow of communication to connect with customers: a) I personally meet with customers, listen to their project needs, goals and requirements. b) Generate a Scope of Work (SOW) that includes pricing and project timeline. c) Generate price quote for 50% of the project needed to procure materials and pay my crew. d) Upon project completion, we invoice the remaining 50% as stated on SOW and contract terms.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training and skill sets have been passed down from my father, grandfather and friends in the trade. We have 20 years of trade experience between us.
