I received my CSCS in 2017 and have been personal training part time for the past 6 years. My focus is safe, quality training with consideration for your goals as well as current and past injuries!! With my background and knowledge in the physical therapy field I can help to safely exercise taking into account past injuries or orthopedic issues. Marie is great! She brings a wealth of knowledge to our training sessions. I was worried that I wouldn’t get an intense workout using virtual training but she develops a perfect workout every time. She is able to incorporate my home gym equipment. Working out at home is very convenient.
