SO impressed with them! They helped us unpack a 15 foot moving van and move it down the stairs into our new place. We were a little worried about going with a company that was newer or had fewer reviews, but we are SO glad that we did! 1. Extremely flexible and responsive on scheduling. We scheduled 3 days ahead of time. Then, a storm hit and we had to push it back a day. They were 100% supportive and didn’t charge us anything extra. They also made our timing work by starting at 8am even though it was a long drive for them! 2. Very transparent about pricing. We knew exactly what we were getting into. Flat rate per hour per person, and they started a timer once they began working and didn’t take a single break (even when we offered it) until they finished. I was so impressed, especially considering that most movers have hidden fees on travel or supplies. 3. Arrived 5 minutes early and started exactly on time. Responded to all our texts within minutes. 4. Estimated the job perfectly — they said 2 guys in 2 hours, and then after we sent them more details about our moving van and belongings they recommended we up it to 3 guys. They spent only 15 minutes more than we anticipated and it was mostly because we weren’t as ready as we should have been. 5. High quality work. They were extremely careful to ensure they didn’t damage anything carefully. They read all the boxes to ensure nothing was stacked incorrectly and they were thoughtful about keeping anything from touching the ground or getting snowy. We will definitely be using them for any future moving endeavors!!

I was very, very impressed by the young men who helped with our move. They were prompt and efficient and I appreciated that they were professional in manner and speech. Communication was good and my move was done in under the time I had mentally budgeted. I would highly recommend Rocky Ridge and, when I need another moving job done, they will be my first, and hopefully only, call.

I scheduled the appointment one day in advance and the movers were able to make it happen and arrived on time. The movers started working from minute they arrived. Moving large amounts of furniture and boxes the movers never dropped anything, no damage to the structure, no scratches or dents. The truck was loaded from the bottom to the top, was managed using high intelligence to maximize the density and optimize the speed for loading and unloading. No annoying breaks, quick motion, quick decisions. No single part was damaged or broken - I moved many times in my life. It never happened with my furniture before, miracle!
