Neslen was available to come a few days after I requested that he install a door in my shed. He banged around with what I had (old parts that he made work) until it fit "well enough" (my request to him). He wasn't daunted by the misfitting hardware, and did indeed make it work. One part ended up not working in the end (though we didn't realize it until a few days afterward). I shot him a message asking if he could come make it right, and the next morning (I'd messaged pretty late the night before), he rolled up and did make it right. Great service!
