- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There may be concerns around our pricing being lower than the competitor. Let’s discuss those and put them to rest. • They have hidden cost. • They charge to come out and provide an estimate. • The quality of work is below standard. • They must be selling you builder grade or used parts. As the professionals we are not able to see your specific issue or potential problems. I will provide you the best estimate based on the description provided. Once I arrive at your home I will reassess the problem or upgrade. On most cases the estimate provided covers the cost of repair or upgrade. In those few instances where additional cost is needed, we will walk thru together while I point out and explain the reason for additional charges. If you are not prepared for the additional charges I will leave a FREE ESTIMATES for when you're ready.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer it starts by listening and understanding their situation. Providing them options based on their situation and budget. Each option will be explained, while answering all of their questions and concerns. By providing the customer with the knowledge about each option will only help in making the right choice for them.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I worked for another locally owned company that has been in the industry for over 20 years. They are a great group of guys and I would be happy to recommend them If I'm not available.
