- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
PC/Laptop repair, PC Build, Printer Repair fee is $45/hr Business Network repair, Setup, Build and Maintenance is $85/hr Home Network repair, setup, build and Maintenance is $65/hr Web Design Fees range from $699.00 and up. Managed IT Services for Businesses range from $25/User and up depending on the items that are required to manage. We normally do not offer any discounts as our prices are very affordable in comparison
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up new Customers on our System and service them personally at their homes or via remote connection. If we do a remote connection service, we require a credit card prior to starting the job. (Customers DO NOT get billed until job is completed - There is a hold done on the CC on an estimated price). We will discuss final pricing with the customer prior to charging their cards.
