- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try our best to be competitivly priced and we give FREE estimates to diagnose needed repairs for sewer, water, and irrigation. It's hard to give you exact pricing on our different services because every home has its own unique factors. Thats why we like to come out and give you an estimate, walk you through your options so as to respect your time, and give you the best solution for your budget. We don't want you paying more for something than you need to.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon receiving a request for work we gather a little information from the customer and do our best to make it out within 24hrs, to give you the estimate. Steps to our estimate process are simple and takes no more than 30 minutes in most cases. Upon arrival the technician does a pre-inspection of your drainage line/lines. This helps us to figure out what the issue is and where exactly it's located. From there we will walk you through your options, and decide the best solution to fit you and your home. If its a more extensive job(Pipe repair/replacement) you will recieve an estimate within 24 hrs. If its drain cleaning(Hydro jetting or using a cable driven snake) they will give you a price on the spot. If your issue is able to be resolved quickly they may offer to do it during that time. Otherwise you'll be put into our next available slot if you choose.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Not only do we have years of experience, but we obtain multiple certifications for the different services we offer as well as on the equipment we operate. We also recieve continuing education muliple times a year to stay up on the latest and most efficent solutions for your sewer and drainage lines.
