FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Ultimately real estate commissions are negotiable. Sellers can negotiate the listing commission on the sale of their home. On the other hand, the buyer rarely pays a Realtor® for their help because the seller traditionally pays that fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I pride myself on helping my buyers and sellers at whatever stage they are in. A part of the process is education and information and I accomplish this with a tailored conversation to help identify each client's needs and wants. I prefer to do this face to face at my office, but given the current circumstances, a phone call or zoom calls work too.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience as a loan officer and an agent has given me a unique perspective into the lives of each of my clients and their transactions. There is a mountain of laws, rules, and paperwork, but I live on that mountain day in and day out. I am a member of the Utah Association of Realtors, which means I am obligated to stay up to date on all the changes to the state laws and rules. Think of me like your personal real estate sherpa. I know where the trail gets muddy. I know the weather forecast so you can protect yourself from the elements. And I even help you carry the load when it gets a little heavy.
