Mitch was an excellent choice for our basement laminate floor installation. He was prompt, punctual, professional and at a very reasonable price. He is friendly and has a great sense of humor. He came in and got to work, and finished our basement in 1 day and 2 hours. He did an excellent job and we couldn’t be happier. Mitchell is a professional, happy, problem solving floor guy. He did our downstairs floor in a timely manner, and was there when he said he was going to be. It's been 2 years and the floor still looks great! We'd hire Mitch again if only he still lived in Oregon!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based by each service provided. Installation is priced at $2.05 per sq ft, but tear out is case by case. Carpet is a lot cheaper to tear out than tile.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After scheduling a measurement I will give details on how the project will play out and a rough timeline. I will give ideas on how to save money, which type of floor to install/brands, and possible challenges will come along during installation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
5+ years with a 30 year floor installer. Family business so I grew up ripping carpet out and installing all types of floors.
