Complete an Application After the Masterclass, you’ll complete a short application to ensure we’re a great fit for working together. This helps me understand your specific goals, challenges, and how my program can best support you. 3. Strategy Session Once your application is reviewed, we’ll schedule a strategy session to map out your goals and create a clear path forward. This is where we’ll dig deep into your current lifestyle, discuss your challenges, and align on the best approach to get you started. 4. Custom Program Development With the insights from our session, I’ll design a personalized program tailored to your needs. Together, we’ll focus on making small, incremental improvements that evolve over time, ensuring long-term success through each of the four phases. 5. Coaching and Community Support As you progress, you’ll have my coaching every step of the way to guide you through each phase.
