- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer competitive pricing for all of the services we provide. Our approach is to understand your project needs and provide sensible solutions that fit those needs and your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing we want to do is to schedule an initial appointment to meet with you and get a clear understanding of what your needs are and get a good scope of the project. Next we will estimate the project and send an email with that estimate as well as schedule a time to meet again in person to discuss the project and your expectations. After you are satisfied with our estimate and scope of work, we will sign a contract and schedule the work to be completed. We then get everything in order for the project and start the project on the scheduled date. (Weather Permitting) Once we are finished with the project we schedule a time to meet with you and go over the project and collect payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20 years of roofing/exterior building experience. Licensed and bonded in the state of Utah Haag Engineering Certified in Storm Damage Assessment Trained and Certified in the Insurance Claims Process and working on Insurance Claims.
