I had Hardwood Connection install a knotty pine floor in a room in October, and I am so pleased with how it looks. The crew tore out the old carpet and coated the subflooring so there wouldn't be any odors remaining (had an issue with my cats urinating in that room). They installed the new floor very quickly, and I was amazed with the care they took while sanding the floor--I expected to have dust everywhere, but their dustless system truly worked. The floor looks amazing, and I don't have any more issues with my animals being naughty in that room. I highly recommend Matt and his crew. They were efficient, professional, explained what they were doing every step of the way, and extremely courteous about being in my home.

We had the extreme pleasure of working with Matt, Dallin and Kyle. The explained everything that they were going to do to help us make our floors look new. Showed up on the scheduled time and kept us informed of each and every step they were going to do and did. They were very friendly and soon we felt like we were part of their family. The quality of their workmanship is outstanding. Our floors look so nice- little areas that we thought could not be fixed were taken care of. How cool is that! We would recommend them to family, friends and complete strangers knowing that Hardwood Connection would do an excellent job. We give them an A+ quality and satisfaction rating. THUMBS UP.

We had our 1940 red/white oak wood floor refinished and had them lace in the kitchen to match. When Matt came to do the bid I asked to have the hallway and main walk areas replaced since it had the most wear so Matt ordered extra wood to make sure we had plenty. Unfortunately when his installers did the work they only replaced a couple of boards in the hallway and main walkway. I tried to get them to do a few other replacements as there were a couple of original nail heads showing. In addition, there was no sealant applied, only stain. I admit I was lax and didn't push the issue or call and get Matt involved because now, I am super sorry that I paid top dollar and already need to do it again.
