Creating a process for working with clients is a key component of an effective business model and crucial if you are trying to build a loyal customer base. A past client said “…there are no surprises when the project is finished. It is exactly what we expect because Philippe had continuous communication from the start to the completion of the project..." Comments like this illustrate why we have the repeat business that we do; the process eliminates confusion and misunderstandings.

- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Meet with your contractor and be prepared, ask questions. At the end of a first meeting you should have a good feeling about him causing you to think: "I can work with someone like that and feel comfortable having him in my house". A good contractor is not only good at what he does but also good in customer relations.
