What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to begin our relationship by setting up a Zoom, Google Duo, or other video chat method and putting a name to the face. Afterwards, our method of communication will be by phone, text, e-mail, client link, and Slack app just to name a few.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have two Bachelor's degrees, along with QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification, Certified Acceptance Agent (by IRS), yearly continuing education, Florida Life & Health License, and over 10 years experience in individual and business income tax, payroll, sales tax, and bookkeeping. My team's education and experience include Master's in finance and accounting with over a decade of finance and accounting experience.
