They took a Stressful Situation and made it Easy! Nathan Campbell of Utah Home Restoration, and his coworkers Ethan and Roland, did a beautiful, professional job on our basement. They made everything seem possible instead of so overwhelming. They knew exactly what they were doing, and worked quickly and cleanly. They gave us a detailed estimate of what our mold mitigation would entail - complete with measurements, photos, equipment, processes, and cost. Everything was up-front with no surprises. Nathan kept us in the loop - responding quickly to phone calls and texts. They came on time, and completed the work when they said they would. They really did use the latest technology and industry-best practices. It was fun to see them in action. I appreciated their honesty and kindness and how easy they made things for us. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is determined by industry standards that all restoration companies and insurance adjusters use. Pricing varies from job to job. We charge $150 for a mold evaluation.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we receive a customer's phone call, we take down their address and name and then set up a time to meet. If it's an emergency water damage situation, we will begin work immediately once they fill out a work authorization. We've been working with the homeowner and the insurance company to take care of the water damage and reconstruction.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are an IICRC-certified firm in water damage restoration.
