- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we would like to set up an in home consultation. That way we can come in, meet face to face, go over your needs and make sure everything feels good. Our no pressure approach, and vast resources, make working around obstacles a breeze. Plus, it's a free in home consultation, theres no risk!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I currently hold a CTS (Certified Technology Specialist) certification, as well as several Crestron, BiAmp, URC, and other technology certifications.
