- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is $1500 paid upfront or three payments of $550 for 3 months of coaching (12 weekly sessions).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client, I provide the first two coaching sessions free of charge to help us determine if we’re a good fit. All coaching is conducted conveniently online through Google Meet, allowing you to join from the comfort of your own home. We start by focusing on mindset, setting clear goals, and creating a personalized plan of action. I also guide you through a comprehensive assessment of seven key areas of health: mindset, sleep, stress management, nutrition, strength training, cardio, and habits. In the follow-up session, we review your progress, evaluate how well you followed the plan, and identify strategies to improve. Throughout the process, we continue to refine your mindset and develop sustainable habits. If we both feel confident about working together, we’ll move forward to create a personalized plan for long-term success and well-being.
