- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I strive to keep my pricing fair and competitive. I also like to take care of people, so you can find comfort in knowing I never take advantage of people.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I feel it’s important to be on time and have good communication with people so that projects are well thought out and a solid plan is in place before the work begins. While the project is in progress I like to keep things simple and as tidy as possible, I like my home to be clean and I want your to keep yours that way. I always finish each job, and your complete satisfaction in the job is a requirement of completion!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have on the job training in all aspects of home repair. I also have critical thinking skills and creativity in abundance. I solve problems and find solutions that are appropriate for each situation I encounter. Through research, advice and hard work I create outcomes that change people’s lives.
