FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on per job, which is generally a one time and deep clean, which is usually a flat rate comprised of categories i.e. example kitchen, dining room, bedroom, bathroom, laundry room, etc. For weekly biweekly and monthly, we normally charge per Man hour. And we try to get in as quickly as possible without disturbing the piece and doing a fabulous job. There can be anywhere from one to three people at any given time depending on the job or what is expected of our company to service you . Our goal is to come out and do an estimate so we know exactly what we’re looking at and we’re not guessing I hope this was helpful.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A typical process of working with a new customer is getting to know them a little bit going out and performing an estimate. Making sure I know exactly what they need and what they like and what schedule fits them best. It’s good for everyone to ask questions and communicate. My job is to come out and assess the job. It is my job to collect information and data that will help me help. You have a better tomorrow and a cleaner house.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Well, I don’t necessarily have any formal training. However, I do adhere to OSHA‘s regulations as far as any chemical compounds being used and how to use them. I also take directions very well and I communicate. One of the things that I like about doing this type of work is that I build relationships and that is the most important thing at the end of the day.
