- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our special pricing ($45/rm) is a *members only* pricing. Ask us about our Red Carpet Club for more details.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we’ll do a walk-thru with the customer to understand their needs and set the right expectations. Then, we’ll get to work cleaning the carpet. After we’re finished, we’ll do a final walk-thru with the customer to make sure they’re happy with the results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians have undergone extensive online and in-person training. Before doing jobs on their own, they much learn and demonstrate the necessary skills and be approved by a Senior Technician. Our “carpet cowboys” (the stretching and repair crew) must successfully complete additional training, both online and in-person.
