Shine Exteriors was great! Communication was fast and effective. Love my newly clean windows! Makes everything feel bright and clean. He was very accommodating and was able to same day service when I asked about availability. There were some tough hard water spots he came back for and cleaned thoroughly. I also appreciate the eco friendly option he has for eliminating the need for soaps on most windows. We’ll for sure have him back!

Show up and do the work! Or at least communicate! We hired this guy to clean our windows and he showed up and cleaned a few of them, then left stating his equipment was broken but that he’d be back in a few days to finish the job. After two weeks of no communication, I reached out again asking his status. He said he’d get back to me. Two weeks later I asked for a date and time. He said “Saturday at 10:30am”. Never showed up, never communicated. Still haven’t heard from the guy. It’s okay if you don’t want to do the job, but just say so. Ghosting is for dating, not professional services.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are very transparent about pricing and have a flate rate so it’s not confusing. We have a flate rate per window for the outside and for both inside and out. With commercial properties of depends on the square footage of your space and the frequency you’d like us to come out.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make the process easy. We will provide a quote for you electronically, if you agree, you sign the quote in person or online, we schedule your work and invoice. Processing payment can be done in person or online for your convenience.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with retail, commercial, up to three stories. We also work with residential customers.
