- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will never overcharge you for work. My prices are very fair. You never want the super cheap guys because they often aren't properly licensed and you get what you pay for. I've been doing this for a long time and I know where prices need to be in order to be fair for the customer and for the contractor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always do a very thorough evaluation. I give my customers all the information and options I have so that they can make the decision that best works for their unique situation. I make professional recommendations but I always work for you and am happy with whatever route you want to go.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold several different certifications ranging from RMGA gas line certifications to gas pipe certifications, to tankless water heater certifications and pipe liner certifications for sewer replacements.
