We're a no-BS fitness company dedicated to getting you in the best possible shape in the simplest and most effective way possible.
FusionBody LLC was founded in 2017 by Adam Aldaddah, as a vision to go against the grain that is the fitness industry, using new ways to enhance people's performance & physique. Aldaddah found that the conventional methods of bodybuilding - 6 meals per day, hours and hours in the gym, too much cardio, etc. - were not helping him build the body he wanted. The typical bodybuilding physique was boxy, large and unattractive, as well as non-functional. He wanted the Athletic Physique, one like Sylvestor Stallone in Rambo or like his favorite old-school bodybuilder Frank Zane. Lean, chiseled, attractive & athletic.
