I wish I had been better informed when choosing a service for home organization. I strongly advise against this provider as I feel I was taken advantage of. I have a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo and provided photos and a video walkthrough of my entire place in advance to get a quote. The estimate was $1500 for a two-day completion. While I understood this was an estimate, I was unprepared for how little was accomplished on the first day. Since the pricing is hourly, the pace significantly affected the total cost and was inefficient, to say the least. I would have been fine with the total cost exceeding $1500 if the work had been done at a reasonable pace. However, another day at the same pace would not come close to what we discussed. I ended up paying over $700 for unpacking some bags and hanging clothes. I thought we had agreed on a plan, but I feel disappointed. We had planned to assess my needs for hangers, organizing containers, etc., on the first day and arrange for them on the second day. Instead, she took time for lunch and leisurely shopping for hangers during the first day. When I expressed my disappointment overall with the lack of efficiency on the first day, she began to nitpick about expenses like gas on the way, which I found unnecessary. I was eager for help with organizing and was willing to pay for it, expecting the project to take about two days. She had all the necessary information upfront, so I feel deceived. Again, had I known this would be my experience, I would have chosen a different service without hesitation.
