- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
New customers - $25 off. Minimum 3 hours. Max 5-6 hours per day (depending on where you're located). $68/hour. I can give you an idea of how long a project(s) will take once we discuss over the phone more about your projects and what you're looking to achieve along with a few pictures of the spaces.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Free phone consultation to discuss problem area(s) in the home, along with their goals for the spaces. Lock in the first session time and date. After the completion of the first day, discuss any extra days that may be needed to complete. If product shopping is wanted/needed, I will complete that either during the first day or before the completion of the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over five years of in-home organization related design/work.
