I always give generous discounts when the customer is face to face with me.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to go out to the property, run an estimate, and give the fairest price possible. I always go beyond the promised value. When I tell a customer "spotless" the gutter is completely spotless!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have qualifications in the gutter trade and business and project management. I always know what I'm doing and how to please my clients.
