Erick was great. He took a look at my roof and clearly explained my options and gave his opinion. I ended up having him fix some of the boot flashings and he did a great job. I plan to use them when replacing my roof in the near future.

I recently had Erick Funn from Big West Roofing come out for a free inspection of our roof, and I couldn’t be more impressed with his service. Erick is incredibly honest and trustworthy. He took the time to thoroughly inspect our roof and provided a detailed explanation of his findings, complete with pictures. He assured us that while our roof will need to be replaced in the next few years, it’s not an immediate concern. Erick went above and beyond by sealing exposed nails and pipe jack boots at no extra charge, taking a preventative approach to ensure everything remains intact for as long as possible. He also advised us on the condition of our roof vents and wind damage, giving us peace of mind that we have time before any major work needs to be done. What really stood out was Erick’s transparency. He didn’t try to upsell or push unnecessary repairs. Instead, he gave us practical advice about filing an insurance claim and even highlighted potential risks if a claim were denied.
