Victor is awesome. Very responsive and knows what he’s doing. And he’s so kind. He installed a steam shower unit that had some very technical parts to it and he did great. I’d hire him again in a second.

Victor came to install a new garbage disposal. When he opened the box, he saw that Home Depot had sold me a used disposal, and not even the one I ordered. Fortunately he was able to fix the old and avoid another service call.

Victor was awesome! I was told I couldn’t fit a garbage disposal under my deep kitchen sink, when I bought my home. But I decided to try it anyway. I told Victor I purchased one on Amazon & would like to find out if it would work. He stopped by 20 minutes later to check it out, even though he was out with his family on a Saturday afternoon. Once he determined that it would work he checked to see what parts would be needed so that he could be ready to go on install day. Install went great and I finally have a garage disposal in a sink that I was told I couldn’t have one in! So happy!
