It's been a while since my piano was tuned so I was expecting a long tuning time alone with a huge price. He very upbeat and positive. What I really appreciated was that he was very upfront and fair about cost and what he would charge to fix a couple of broken keys.

Rory did a great job for us. We found an older piano for one of my daughters that he brought back to life and it sounds beautiful. We also had him tune our family piano, and he did a wonderful job.

regular tuning 125.00 for uprights $150.00 for grands repairs done on quote or hourly rate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am reliable and very honest. I give an assessment of what work should be done once I consult with the customer. I am available afternoons and evenings. I guarantee satisfaction. You will LOVE how your piano sounds and plays!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Graduated from both recording engineering and UCLA Film composing programs. I have been tuning and repairing pianos for 7 years.
