- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Private Chef Rate is a set free per day plus the cost of food/supplies. Catering and Cakes are custom Quotes. Feel free to contact me.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to set up a meeting and go through any questions that They or I may have. I prefer to get an idea of food preferences. Next, if desired a trial run.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed 2 Associates Degrees in Culinary Arts and Pastry Arts. Aside from that I was involved in culinary competitions where I traveled around the country and world. I spent a few years working in various restaurants on the Las Vegas strip as well. My training never stops as I am always testing new cuisines or types of food preparation to fit my client's needs and or wants.
