- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a 5% referral or repeat business discount. If a customer chooses to repair an older unit, and it fails within 6 months I will discount the replacement or further repair.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We respond as quickly as possible, most work we prefer to visit the work site or home, get specific details especially if any equipment needs to be replaced or added. We offer extremely competitive pricing with 5 star service.
