FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We understand houses are one of the biggest investments in our lives. We strive to bring you the highest quality of service to you and your investment. Plumbing can be difficult to price at times simply because we might need to diagnosis an issue, or other things come up as we are fixing an issue. We strive to give the closest quote for each situation, but we may need to come onsite to give an accurate quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love hearing from customers about their projects, and what things they might be looking for. On a typical customer journey, we have an owner of the company contact you and discuss the plumbing issue. We listen and try to diagnosis the issue online with pictures. We give a estimate and schedule a time to come in and take a look at the issue. When we come for the visit, we educate each customer on plumbing in the house and how to resolve each issue and continue to fix the issue. We collect payment afterwards and follow up with each customer after a week to see how things are going and if a follow up meeting is needed to take care of any other issues.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are fully licensed with a master and a journeyman plumbing license. Aside from a plumbing license we have our contractor license and are fully insured. We are also gas certified with our RMGA (Rocky Mountain Gas Association Certification).
