I provide the best handyman services, professional staging and photography! I market and advertise your home until it is SOLD! I look forward hearing from you!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have a team of specialists who support me in my job of helping you! I am happy to talk to new clients on the phone, or am happy to meet at a home for sale. I am always glad to come and do a walk-through of any home you want to sell. My assistants schedule appointments and put them on my calendar, that way I can focus my attention on each individual client. When you decide to list your home with me, my team immediately sets to work to arrange for professional staging, landscaping and photographs (all at my expense). My transaction coordinator and I will walk you through every step of the selling process. A professional writer will prepare a compelling description of your home and help make sure it is shared on thousands of websites. We host open houses, prepare brochures and share your home information with our massive network. When you find a home you want to purchase, our transaction coordinator and my assistant will walk through the entire process with you one step at a time. We are professionals and skilled at negotiating the right price, meeting every single deadline through the due diligence process and helping you secure the property you want, the way you want it.
