- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The more often you train per week, the cheaper the session is.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically schedule a free consultation with you so we can meet face to face (or via Zoom) and figure out if we're a good fit before moving forward. Then, we start out with body measurements, nutrition tweaks, and figure out where you are physically at. Last but not least, we build upon any weaknesses and get after your goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Besides living the lifestyle myself, I have my personal training NASM certification as well as my NASM Fitness Nutrition and Weight Loss certifications. I also obtained a Psychology degree so that I can better understand the thought process and decision making aspects which affects making long term changes.
