- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Everything is upfront! no fuel charge, service fee, maintenance charge, mileage charge, etc. these are the things that are usually tacked on at the end of the moving process and can come with sticker shock.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We're trying to bring customer service and hospitality to the moving industry in Utah. In this modern age, I really just try to do what the customer would like to do for the booking process. some people like to message via email or text some people like to get a phone call immediately, but no matter what we always are thorough and fast. The really all about the customer experience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was a supervisor, driver, and lead mover for one of the big box moving companies. After getting my bachelor's degree in business I decided I wanted to take what I learned and open up what I hope to be the best moving company in Utah!
