- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A lot of our competitors quote prices using the "cost per hour" method and you never really know where you will end up. We quote the price for your cleaning and don't leave until the job is complete and you are 100% satisfied. We discount for all recurring services as we are very grateful for your trust in us. The quote we give you with your first request is based on the details you listed in your request for services. These charges can change based on conditions and accuracy of the details provided ie., extra bathrooms, extra kitchen, conditions etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first evaluate exactly what our new client is looking for to ensure that we fully understand all of their expectations and pet peeves. We can also schedule a FREE on-site estimate with our client if they feel that would make them more comfortable, or we can also create a lot of comfort over the phone as well depending on their preference. Our goal is to ensure that our customers get a completely customized estimate to suit their needs and their budget. When our team arrives at the property the very first time we do a full walk-thru of the home together with the home owner to fully understand and appreciate all expectations and special directions or requests. Once the cleaning services have been completed we ask our client to perform a full walk-thru of their home again to ensure that their expectations were fully met and that they are 100% satisfied with our performance.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
C.M.C. Cleaning Master Class, CSS, Customer Service Skills training classes. We are constantly keeping up with all of the latest techniques and chemicals on the market to ensure that we always use the very best and safest equipment and supplies available for all of our employees and clients. All of our staff members are well developed and participate with on-going training with "best practice procedures" and safety training. Our training and education never stops as we always strive to be more efficient with all of our services and our daily tasks:)
